  • Then we slow smoke our ribs with Black Jack Oak, the QUEEN of woods.
  • After hours of cooking we take our ribs to the grill!
  • Next we get them good and sticky...to be sure you don't drop them!
  • Then we finally let you enjoy them!
  • But you have the toughest part...picking which of our 3 award winning sauces you want to add to the perfect ribs in your hand!
